GO pathways enriched by up-regulated genes were indicated by the triangles, while these enriched by down-regulated genes were indicated by the circles. For each circle or triangle, the size is proportional to the number of genes in each GO pathway, as represented by log2(number of genes); and the gradient of color (from green to blue) is associated with the p-value.
