RSV reduces granzyme production in IL-21-treated human CD8 T cells. Human memory CD8 T cells were isolated from PBMCs, incubated with RSV for 1 h and stimulated with IL-21 for 4 h Granzyme B production was analyzed by flow cytometry. Statistical significance was determined using the Friedman test followed by the Dunn posttest.
