The number of parasitic juveniles includes both resistant and non-resistant juveniles (panels A,C,E,G) whereas the number of resistant larvae does not include non-resistant larvae (panels B,D,F,H). TFM treatment was started at year 50 (vertical black line) and a single resistant adult was introduced in year 70 (vertical blue line). Individual simulation results for one hundred replicates are shown for each scenario. At year 200, red circles represent populations with at least one resistant individual and grey circles represent populations with no resistant individuals.
