In situ staining of E-cadherin and CD4 in rectal tissue. Representative immunofluorescence images of rectal tissue sections from a rhesus macaque stained for E-cadherin (green) and CD4 (red). DAPI (blue) was used as a counterstain for visualization of cell nuclei.
