ATP-pocket interactions of the bound Mg-ADP. BMPR2 forms canonical interactions with ADP and a single Mg2+ ion (cyan sphere). These include two hydrogen bonds with the kinase hinge region as well as further hydrogen bonds with the catalytic loop and phosphate-binding loop (β1-β2).
