Characterization of scaffold printed with S-2. (A) Photographs taken with camera, stereomicroscope and SEM showed similar pore size with minimum line width. (B) Histogram showing line width measurement of bio-printed scaffold printed with S1, S2, S3, and S4 and S5. Increase in SA concentration in 4% GL increased the hydrogel modulus which requires higher extrusion pressure during printing. Higher pressure deposited more hydrogel and increase in the line width was observed.
