Immunostaining for co-culture spheroids for E-cadherin, vimentin and alpha-SMA. Co-culture spheroids were fixed, permeabilized and immune-stained for anti-E-cadherin (Green), anti-alpha-SMA (red), anti-vimentin (green) and Nucblue (blue) for nucleus. (Scale bar: 50 μm). Immunofluorescence staining showed higher expression of alpha-SMA and vimentin and down regulation of E-cadherin.
