Beanplots were prepared using R 3.5.1. (c) t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (t-SNE) plot showed clear separation of PAH group from healthy controls. t-SNE plot (2D projections) was generated based on normalized metabolomics profiles from PAH and healthy controls using the package Rtsne (version R 3.5.1).
