Myeloid cell populations in the lungs of mice infected with different Mtb strains. CD11b+ cells were classified as PMN (CD11b+Ly6Ghigh), iM/DC (CD11b+Ly6CintCD11chigh), monocyte-like cells (Mo-like) (CD11b+Ly6ChighCD11clow) and alveolar macrophages (AM) (CD11bintCD11chighSiglec-F+) in the lungs of mice infected with Beijing-1585 (black bars), EAI-1627 (open bars) or H37Rv (grey bars) compared to uninfected control mice (HC, striped bars).
