Overweight and/or obesity (>24.9 kg/m2), overweight and/or obesity (>22.9 kg/m2) and underweight (<18.5 kg/m2) by wealth status. Socio-economic status (SES) is defined using principal component analysis into quintiles: ‘poorest’ and ‘poor’ is merged as ‘Poor SES’, ‘richer’ and ‘richest’ is merged as ‘Rich SES’ whereas ‘middle’ remained as 'Middle SES'.
