Schematic setup of the Flu-SEC measurements. In this system, the continuous eluent flow is provided by an HPLC pump, and the fluorescently labelled sample is loaded in the system via an injector. The sample passing through the column is analysed with an on-line fluorescence detector directly connected to the column outlet and controlled by the software of the liquid chromatography system.
