KRS101 cultured under various heterotrophic conditions of sea salt stress. Error bars indicate mean ± standard deviation (n = 3). ANOVA tests were conducted for (a) and it showed significant differences (P < 0.001) for all biomass yield (dry cell weight), lipid yield, and DHA yield. Also, Student t-test was conducted and showed significant differences with no treatment as ***P < 0.001, **P < 0.01, *P < 0.05.
