(a) PL spectra and (b) TEM images of h-dominant CIS QDs. The red-emission (600–700 nm) remarkably increased upon post-synthetic heat treatment whereas the NIR emission around 800 nm increased slightly. No significant change in size was observed upon heat treatment (see details in Fig. S3).
