  1. Data are given as averages of at least three biological replicates of all silenced plants. The height was calculated from the base to the first flowering meristem. when the first flowering event occurred. The number of total axillary meristems was calculated between the base and the first apical flowering meristem. P values ≤ 0,05 according to Students T-test were considered as significant.
