Total NEAT1 is most highly expressed in the luminal subtypes in the TCGA breast cancer cohort. Expression of total NEAT1 in PAM50 intrinsic breast cancer subtypes was determined using data generated from four independent microarray probes in the TCGA cohort. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used to calculate whether any groups are significantly different from each other and Wilcoxon Rank-Sum test was used in post-testing for significant differences between pairs of groups.
