Phylogenetic tree for 18S ribosomal DNA partial sequence of Acanthamoeba species. Nucleotide sequences of the 18S ribosomal DNA were obtained using the primers Ami6F1/Ami9R. Five hundred bootstrap replicates were performed. The scale bars indicate the number of nucleotide substitutions per site.
