The superior panel shows the raw data thermogram (thermal power as a function of time) of the titration of Impα with (A) NIT-2 and (B) PAC-3 NLS. The inferior panel shows the binding isotherm (ligand-normalized integrated heat as a function of the molar ratio). The data were determined by a general nonlinear regression model considering two ligand binding sites (solid line) or one ligand binding site.
