The contribution rate of each component is shown in parentheses. The colour of each plotted accession indicates the sample collection area (Fig. 1); the eastern area of Honshu is red, the western area of Honshu is blue, and Kyushu is green. The three clusters are distinguished by the coloured rope hook.
