Biosurfactant activity of MBSP1 obtained by acid precipitation: (A) Drop collapse: a triplicate test evidencing collapsed drop in oil of both SDS positive control and biosurfactant. The water kept the formation of drops intact. (B) Oil dispersion test: I- MBSP1 added to plate (red arrow); II-Dispersion oil forming a halo caused by presence of MBSP1. (C) Interfacial tension.
