Identification of overrepresented phyla in different sub-communities of Lake Lanier. Results of Fisher’s exact test analysis on 2 × 2 contingency tables of target phylum versus other phyla, and target SC versus other SCs, indicating overrepresentation of some phyla in Lake Lanier. The analysis is based on OTU counts, rather than relative abundance, and therefore relates to genetic diversity.
