Systemic distribution of GFP after a single neonatal intravenous administration of AAV8-CMV-GFP. New-born mice received an intravenous administration of AAV8-CMV-GFP vector (n = 3). At 1 month of age the mice were harvested and the ex vivo analysis of GFP expression revealed widespread systemic distribution.
