Figure (D) represents variation of the I_T/I_N (I_535nm/I_450nm) values for Fis with increase in concentration of VEGF IM (black), h-TELO IM (red) and c-MYC IM (blue). All the experiments were performed in a buffer consisting of 50 mM KCl, 10 mM KH₂PO₄, and 1 mM K₂EDTA (pH 5.4) at 25 °C.
