KEGG-module clustering of metabolic genes. Yellow perch orthologs of metabolic genes were mapped to KEGG modules. The relative expression between SBM-fed and FM-fed perch is represented by the heat map (shown as the log2(fold change) for SBM compared to FM). Only genes that were significantly different between groups (p < 0.05) are colored.
