Chrysin inhibits TNF-α and IL-17A-induced phosphorylation of IKK/NF-κB pathway in NHEK. The phosphorylation of IκBα protein in both TNF-α (A) and IL-17A (C) only groups was significantly upregulated under pre-treatment with chrysin, and the expression of IκBα protein was inhibited by chrysin pre-treatment. The quantification data are shown in the below panel (B,D). The total protein was extracted from the cells and IκBα expression was determined via western blotting. The results are presented as a percentage of the control. *p < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.
