The overexpression of miR-23b-3p reduces the levels of c-Met mRNA and protein in C33A and CaSki cells. (a) miR-23b-3p significantly reduced the expression of c-Met mRNA. The levels of c-Met mRNA were determined via RT-qPCR and analyzed via the 2−ΔCt method. (b) In overexpression conditions, miR-23b-3p significantly reduces c-Met protein levels. The levels of mRNA and protein were normalized using GAPDH. The cell line A549 was used as a positive control for the expression of c-Met in the Western Blot assays. (c) Densitometric analysis of the expression of c-Met. N/T: non-transfected. The data are expressed as averages + SE. *p < 0.05.
