Effective tumor targeting by KST0650. CT26 cancer cell-bearing mice were injected i.p. with 1 × 106 cfu KST0650. (a) The numbers of KST0650 in CT26 tumors of BALB/c mice were calculated for 14 days. (b) Immunofluoresence assay was used to visualize the tumor-targeting ability of KST0650 in CT26 tumor tissues.
