Suppression of CT26 tumors with a combination of KST0652 and γ-radiation. CT26 tumor-bearing mice were injected with PBS or KST0652, followed by radiotherapy with 2 Gy of γ-radiation at days 5, 6 and 7. (a) Tumor volumes were measured daily for 28 days. Data represent mean ± SEM and asterisks (*) indicate significant difference between each group (****P < 0.0001).
