SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), western blot (WB) analysis and particles concentration of P21, P21^TCEP pellets and SN21^TCEP supernatants after TCEP reduction in healthy donors. Pellets and TCEP supernatant originated from 9 mL of urine from 4 female (lane1-4) and 4 male (lane 5–8) were loaded in each lane and stained with colloidal Coomassie or hybridized with anti tumor susceptibility gene 101 (TSG101) for P21 pellets (A,B), P21^TCEP pellets (C,D) and SN21^TCEP supernatants (D,F).
