(B) The first module consists of 45 edges and 10 nodes. (C) The second module consists of 21 edges and 7 nodes. (D) The third module consists of 13 edges and 6 nodes. (E) The fourth module consists of 10 edges and 5 nodes. (F) The fifth module consists of 6 edges and 4 nodes. (G) The sixth module consists of 20 edges and 12 nodes. (H) A total of 10 genes were identified as hub genes with Cytoscape: OPRL1, CCL5, IL10, IGF1, CCL4, SST, GRM1, PVALB, CXCL13, and NTS.
