Two cut-off lines was drew at 240 ng/ml for both plasma IgE and cell-bound IgE, resulting in four quadrants (Q1–Q4). The percentage of cells in each quadrant is shown in the figure. (A) Plasma IgE and cell-bound IgE in the allergic patient group; (B) plasma IgE and cell-bound IgE in the healthy group; and (C) the percentages of allergic patients and healthy people diagnosed with allergy using 240 ng/ml plasma IgE or 240 ng/ml cell-bound IgE as the cut-off value.
