JVENN analysis. JVENN, an interactive Venn diagram viewer software, was used for the comparison of proteome datasets obtained from four sub-cellular protein fractions (SCFs I–IV) and secretome (S). The overlapping area represents proteins shared among the respective fractions. A total of 85 proteins were common among all the fractions.
