Immune response after in vitro stimulation with autologous DCs. Number of CD28+/CD45RA− CD8+ memory CTLs proliferating (BrdU positive) or expressing CD107a, GrB, IFN-γ, IL-2, or TNF-α were determined at the indicated time points during cycles of combination therapy. The numbers of cells/mL were determined by adding the numbers of cells/mL measured for each individual functional marker. Values were derived from the average and standard deviation of triplicate cultures.
