Effects of EGCG and nano-EGCG on the activation of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in lung cancer cells. (A) H1299 and CL1-5 cells were treated with EGCG in serum-free medium for 24 hours, and the activity of MMPs was analyzed through a gelatin zymography assay. (B) H1299 and (C) A549 cells were treated with different concentrations of nano-EGCG before the subsequent zymography assay.
