Immunoblot analysis revealed the effects of nano-EGCG treatment on AMPK-related pathway gene expression levels. The expression levels of Akt, p-Akt, LKB-1, p-LKB-1, AMPK, p-AMPK, mTOR, p-mTOR, p-P70, and p-4EBP1 proteins in the H1299 cells that were treated with different concentrations of nano-EGCG were determined through western blot analysis. The nanoemulsion without EGCG was used as a control group. GAPDH was used as an internal control for protein loading and transfer. The original blots/gels are presented in Supplementary Information.
