(B) Indicates the CD4% of children older than 1 year, which was grouped according to the periods of free ART policies changing; (C) indicates the CD4% of children younger than 1 year. All policies recommend that ART was prescribed free of charge for children younger than 1 year no longer considering the CD4 count or CD4%; therefore, the difference had no significant in CD4% under different policies (P > 0.05).
