Insertion of A459 led to deletion of KFVEGIEDTVGVGKGAT peptide at amino acid position 36. Insertion of T1927 led to amino acid substitutions viz. Leu345Phe, Pro346Ala, Agn347Lys, Gln348Pro, Ser350Leu, Gln351Pro, Gln352Thr, Arg353Lys, Gln372Glu, Tyr373Asp, His374Ser, Ser375Gln, Phe377Arg, and Arg378Trp and a deletion of RIVSFVGGLDLCDGR peptide at amino acid position 354.
