The effect of suboptimal experimental parameters on dose response estimates. HCC38 breast cancer cells were treated with 2–1024 µM carboplatin (for 24 hours) that had been stored at −20°C. The dose-response curve was generated using ggplot2 (version 3.2.1) in R51.
