One-way ANOVA shows the influence of experimental parameters on cell viability during cancer drug screening. Cell viability was used as the dependent variable and all other experimental parameters as covariates. The red dotted line depicts the threshold for statistical significance at -log10(P = 0.05). The bar plot was generated using ggplot2 (version 3.2.1) in R51.
