MAOA inhibits NPC cell migration. (A) Ectopic expression of MAOA significantly suppressed the migration of SUNE1 cells. Increased expression of MAOA was confirmed by Western blotting. (B) Inhibition of MAOA significantly enhanced the migration of HONE1 cells. Reduced levels of MAOA following siRNA treatment was confirmed by Western blotting.
