Effect of melatonin on SOD activity. PSC were incubated during 1 h in the presence of melatonin (1 mM, 100 µM, 10 µM or 1 µM). The bars show the mean change of SOD activity expressed in percentage ± SEM with respect to control (non-stimulated) cells. A horizontal dotted line represents the value observed in non-stimulated cells.
