MG132 increased cytoplasmic Ras-GRF2 in HSV-infected cells. HepG2 cells were infected with HSV-1 at an MOI of 1 and treated with 0.75 μM MG132 for 12 hours. Cells were stained with anti-Ras-GRF2 (green), anti-ICP5 (red) and DAPI (blue) and observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy with 40x water-immersion objective. Upper images show the Ras-GRF2 staining, and lower images show triple staining of Ras-GRF2, ICP5 and DAPI. Scale bars represent 20 μm.
