Differences in mitochondrial copy number may be associated with OXPHOG cluster. Published data available for mitochondrial DNA levels in TCGA OCSCC samples (previously estimated through sequencing analysis) were plotted, revealing a trend towards increasing mitochondrial copy number with decreasing OXPHOG cluster number.
