  1. Associations with p < 5 × 10−7 is shown. The experimental-wise p values were calculated by the Bonferroni correction with the number of SNPs (n = 100,000) and phenotypes (n = 40). Adjusted P value for Alanine transaminase was not precisely calculated because its value is too smalll. The m-value was obtained using the binary effects model with Metasoft21. The chromosome position is based on CanFam 3.1; m-values > 0.9 suggesting the existence of genetic effect are underlined.
