Photostability investigation: Representative fluorescence emission rates as a function of time for five parasitic nematode egg species. The fluorescence initially bleached for up to 20 s and then tends to become stable for 180 s without photobleaching at the power of 20 µW. The background (glass slide) counts were of the order of 2k per second.
