ISO-1 repressed the proliferation of PANC-1 human pancreatic cancer cells. PANC-1 cells were treated without or with serial dilutions of ISO-1 (200, 400, 800, 1600 and 3200 μM) for (A) 48 and (B) 96 hours. Graphs are presented as the mean ± SD of 5 independent experiments; **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 when compared with untreated controls.
