From: Establishment and characterization of 18 human colorectal cancer cell lines
in vitro morphology of CRC cell lines. Cell images were acquired at 100× magnification. The majority of tumor cells displayed a polygonal shape and had exhibited round-to-oval nuclei with prominent single-to-double nucleoli.
