Line 2 corresponds to activated relaxation \({\tau }_{a}=3\cdot {10}^{-11}\exp (700/T)\); line 3 - to tunneling mechanism of relaxation \({\tau }_{t}^{-1}=5.5\times {10}^{3}T\); line 4 - to two-phonon mechanism of relaxation analogous to Raman scattering mechanism \({\tau }_{R}^{-1}=1.5\times {10}^{2}{T}^{3}\).
