Evaluating interference of media components on the binding of recombinant protein on the polystyrene wells. Purified DENV-3 EDIII was spiked in different induction media (BMM-CA, BMM and BMMY) and PBS to 10 μg/ml. The spiked media was further diluted 1:100 in 50 mM carb-bicarb buffer (pH 9.6) and 100 µl was coated on maxisorp polystyrene plate wells (effective amount 10 ng protein per well). Anti-6×-His mAb and europium labeled goat anti-mouse IgG were used as primary and secondary antibody, respectively. Error bar represents the standard deviation calculated from 4 technical replicates. Y-axis represents the Europium counts.
