  1. UPDRS motor scores listed for each participant for every investigational setting assessed across the four amplitude stages. The amplitude of the stages increased by adding 20% more of the TW to the TW minimum in a sequential manner; Amplitude Stage 1 occurred around six weeks following surgical implantation. An * denotes an incomplete assessment due to disabling, intolerable dyskinesia or dystonia.
