Generation and characterization of Gprc6aLiver-cko mice. Expression was assessed by real-time PCR using total RNA derived from control wild type mice with unaltered phenotype and Gprc6aLiver-cko mouse tissues as indicated. Gprc6a expression is relative to the level of the cyclophilin A control gene.
